越野车辆进沙抖动的影响因素分析

Abstract: Desert off-roading is one of the important usage scenarios, but the desert environment affects the performance of the vehicle. One common issue is the vehicle shaking caused by the intake of sand into the cooling fan. This paper describes the background of the problem and the subjective and objective data of vehicle shaking. And from the vehicle dust flow field, shake transmission path, fan prevent from sand, fan unbalance sensitivity, fan sand removal etc. five directions are analyzed. Through the experiment, the influence degree of each influence factor is demonstrated, and the improvement direction of fan sand inlet shake is further clarified. It lays a good foundation for the development and improvement of cooling fans and the design of vehicle sand field.

摘要: 沙漠越野是越野用户的重要使用场景之一,沙漠场景使用影响到车辆沙尘关联的性能 表现,其中越野风扇进沙导致整车抖动是常见的问题之一。文章针对车辆抖动的主客观数据 进行描述分析。从整车沙尘流场、抖动传递路径、风扇本体防沙、风扇动不平衡敏感度、风 扇本体排沙等五个方向进行原因分析。通过实验论证各影响因子的影响度,并结合可行性给 出了风扇进沙抖动的解决方案。该研究思路为后续冷却风扇的研发改进、整车沙场的设计提 供了重要的参考价值。
