Abstract: At present, there are still teacher-dominated and student-centered ideas that are difficult to integrate into teaching, resulting in students' professional ability, professional quality and innovative practice ability are difficult to meet the needs of enterprises. This paper combines the advantages of the action-oriented concept and the blended teaching mode, analyzes the current situation of course teaching and the problems existing in the teaching process by using the survey research method, integrates the working process and the teaching design process, and designs a flexible and efficient teaching mode that teachers can implement in a planned way across time and space, and selects the vehicle front windshield wiper as an example for teaching. The research shows that this model can effectively solve the shortcomings of vocational education, improve the classroom effect, cultivate students' vocational competitiveness and vocational adaptability, promote the continuous improvement of teaching effect, and provide unique insights and references for the teaching reform of secondary vocational classrooms.

摘要: 当前教育在人才培养方面依旧存在以教师为主导、学生为主体的思想难以融入教学中, 导致学生的职业能力、职业素养与创新实践能力难以满足企业需求。文章结合了行动导向理 念与混合式教学模式两者的优势,采用调查研究法分析课程教学现状,以及教学过程中存在 的问题,融合工作过程与教学设计流程,设计了一种教师能跨越时空界限有计划地实施、灵 活高效的教学模式,并选取汽车前风窗刮水器为例展开教学。研究结果表明,该模式能够有 效解决职业教育存在的不足,提升课堂效果,培养学生职业竞争力与职业适应能力,促进教 学效果的持续改进,可为中职课堂教学改革提供独到见解与参考。
