Abstract: As the customization level of new energy vehicles increases, the mixing of multiple configurations and colors in production lines leads to even more serious misassembly problems. To ensure consistency in vehicle assembly and avoid market quality issues and customer complaints caused by incorrect installation, this article provides an incorrect assembly countermeasure based on digital and intelligent technology. The focus is on the methods of risk identification, risk assessment, and error prevention plan development, to realize the hierarchical control of misloading risk and carry out digital and intelligent monitoring of high-risk projects. Misloading risk hierarchical control to achieve the economy of misloading control. The digital and intelligent monitoring method eliminates the misloading caused by artificial missing judgment thus improve the reliability of misinstallation risk control.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车定制化程度提高,多配置、多颜色混线生产带来了更为严重的错装问 题。为保证整车装配一致性,规避因错装导致的市场质量问题及客户抱怨,文章提供了基于 数智工艺的总装防错方案。重点探讨风险识别、风险评价、防错方案制定的工作方法,以实 现错装风险的分级管控,并对高风险项目进行数字化、智能化监测。错装风险分级管控实现 错装管控的经济性。数智化监测手段排除了人为漏判造成的错装流出,从而提升错装风险管 控的可靠性。
