Lightweight Design and Verification of the Frame Topological Structure of a Pure Electric Tractor

Abstract: In order to be able to meet the vehicle layout requirements of pure electric tractor, frame structure is designed by using topology optimization method, and the mature structure matching is completed. The finite element strength, stiffness and modal performance of the new frame are simulated. Then the lightweight design of the frame is completed by using the size optimization method and the sensitivity analysis results. Finally, the torsional stiffness test is carried out on the frame sample which meets the design requirements, and the comparison of simulation and test data is completed. The research results verify the accuracy of the simulation model, and the final frame quality is reduced by 5.7% compared with the preliminary scheme, which provides a reference for the design and development of new models for enterprises.

摘要: 为了能够满足纯电动牵引车的整车布置要求,首先利用拓扑优化方法对车架结构进行 设计,并采用成熟结构匹配完成,对全新车架进行了有限元强度、刚度及模态的性能仿真; 然后利用尺寸优化方法,结合灵敏度分析结果完成了车架的轻量化设计;最后对满足设计要 求的车架样件进行了扭转刚度试验,完成了仿真与试验数据的对标。研究结果验证了仿真模 型的准确性,最终的车架质量较初步方案降低了 5.7%,为企业新车型设计开发提供了参考依据。
