Abstract: As people's requirements for the appearance and feeling of automobiles are getting higher and higher, enterprises are becoming more and more strict in the control of the gap and surface difference between the decorative parts of automobiles. Aiming at the complex matching structure involving many parts in the assembly process, this paper proposes a matching optimization control method based on three-dimensional control systems (3DCS). First, 3DCS is used to calculate the contribution degree of each deviation in the dimensional chain, and then the influencing factors with large contribution rates are found out. Finally ensure that the gap between the exterior parts, surface difference match. This study has some guidance for improving the quality of gap difference matching between automotive exterior decorative parts.

摘要: 随着人们对汽车外观感受的要求越来越高,企业对汽车外观装饰件之间的间隙、面差 控制也越来越严格。文章针对装配过程复杂涉及零件多的匹配结构,提出了一种基于三维偏 差控制软件(3DCS)的匹配优化控制方法,首先使用 3DCS 计算尺寸链环节中的每个偏差贡 献度,进而找出贡献率大的影响因素,之后根据实际现场制造数据进行优化调整,最终保证 外饰件之间的间隙、面差匹配。该研究对汽车外观装饰件之间的间隙面差匹配质量提升具有 一定的指导。
