Abstract: With the intensification of competition in the automotive industry, in order to reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve product competitiveness, the construction of smart factories is being widely promoted in the automotive industry. In order to solve the problems of unsystematic and non-standard planning and design of automotive intelligent factories, this paper refines and elaborates the top-level design and planning methods of passenger car intelligent factories in combination with the actual production, including the construction process, basic functions, overall design requirements, design models, etc., and focuses on the key points of automation design, information design, digital design and network design of intelligent factories in the automotive industry. In order to promote the digital, networked and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the automobile manufacturing industry, provide feasible solutions for better service intelligent products, and provide systematic theoretical guidance for the overall planning of smart factories.

摘要: 随着汽车行业竞争加剧,为了降低生产成本、提高生产效率、减少能耗,提高产品竞 争力,智能工厂建设正在汽车行业得到广泛推广。目前由于智能工厂的顶层设计与统筹规划 缺乏成熟的研究和应用导致总体规划体系还不完善,为解决汽车智能工厂规划设计不系统、 不标准等问题,文章结合生产实际对乘用车智能工厂的顶层设计与规划方法进行提炼并阐述, 包括建设流程、基本功能、总体设计要求、设计模型等,着重论述了汽车行业智能工厂的自 动化设计、信息化设计、数字化设计、网络化设计要点等。为推动汽车制造业的数字化、网 络化和智能化转型升级,更好地服务智能产品提供可行方案,为智能工厂总体规划提供了系 统的理论指导。
