Abstract: In today's highly competitive automotive market, consumers have higher and higher requirements for static refinement and detailed workmanship of automotive products. Through several projects, the paper summarizes the development process of vehicle refinement, puts forward six evaluation dimensions of refinement and its application stage, and focuses on the refinement design improvement, color, material and texture (CMF) & touch improvement, manufacturing quality improvement and other methods are introduced in detail. The content of this research can provide reference for engineering technicians engaged in automobile perception evaluation and improvement.

摘要: 在当今竞争激烈的汽车市场中,消费者对汽车产品的静态精致感,细节做工要求越来 越高。文章通过多个项目实践摸索,提炼总结了整车精致化开发流程,提出了精致化六大评 价维度及其应用阶段等,并重点对精细化设计提升、色彩、材质和纹理(CMF)&触感提升、 制造品质提升等方法做了详细介绍。该研究内容可为从事汽车感知评价和提升的工程技术人 员提供参考。
