Abstract: With the increasing number of vehicle models in the body welding production line, customization of configurations, and rapid updates and iterations of vehicle models. In order to shorten the production line renovation cycle and respond quickly to production, it is necessary to promote the flexibility of the production line. This article introduces the flexible production technology and application of body welding from the perspective of workstation workflow, starting from assembly, positioning, inspection, processing, transportation, quality inspection and other links. It provides some reference for the comprehensive improvement of the production quality of the body welding production line.

摘要: 随着车身焊装生产线投入车型增多,配置定制化以及车型的快速更新迭代。为了缩短 生产线改造周期,快速响应生产,必须推行生产线的柔性化,文章从工位作业流程的角度, 分别从装配、定位、检测、加工、输送、质检等环节入手,介绍了车身焊装柔性化生产技术 及应用,为车身焊装生产线的生产品质全面提升提供一定的参考。
