Abstract: Since the artificial resistance spot welding operation and equipment used in the welding production of automobile enterprises will exist for a long time, how to realize the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of the corresponding equipment and improve the automation rate is an urgent problem for most enterprises. This paper introduces a development and application scheme which is quick and simple, and can realize the upgrading of manual spot welding equipment at low cost, and improve the level of equipment automation and operation quality. In this scheme, a sensor and signal transmitter with product difference recognition are added to the fixture to realize the automatic recognition and transmission of the target product model. The installation of different types of sensors can basically cover all product differences, and the automatic identification range is wide and the identification reliability is high. By adding signal receiving and signal processor to the welding equipment, the wireless signal receiving and welding signal comparison and analysis can be realized,and then the automatic selection of welding program can be completed. Through the increase of the above devices, the production line can be rapidly upgraded and the automation level and quality level of the production line can be improved.

摘要: 由于汽车企业中焊装生产用的人工电阻点焊作业及其设备还将会长期存在,如何实现 相应设备的智能制造升级、提高自动化率,是目前大多数企业急需解决的问题。文章介绍了 一种快速简洁,且能低成本实现人工点焊设备升级,提高设备自动化及作业质量水平的开发 应用方案。该方案通过在工装夹具上增加具有产品差异识别的传感器与信号发送器,以实现 目标产品型号自动识别与发送。对不同种类的传感器安装,可基本覆盖所有产品差异,自动 识别范围广泛,识别可靠性高。通过在焊接设备上增加信号接收与信号处理器,可实现信号 无线接收及焊接信号的比对、分析,进而完成焊接程序的自动选择。经过以上装置的增加, 可实现产线快速升级,提高产线自动化水平及质量水平。
