Abstract: Automobile painting auxiliary tools are essential in the process of body painting, which can assist the body to meet the requirements of the painting process and facilitate the operation of field operators. In this paper, the type, function, development quantity calculation, daily maintenance and other aspects of the body painting auxiliary tooling are elaborated in detail and comprehensively. Combined with the practical application of the painting auxiliary tooling in a new energy automobile company, the design and application case of the general application of the body painting auxiliary tooling are introduced. The research provides a design idea for the development of the new energy vehicle painting auxiliary tooling.

摘要： 汽车涂装辅助工装在车身涂装工艺过程中是必不可少的，可以辅助车身实现涂装工艺 要求的同时还便于现场作业人员的操作。文章较为详细、全面地对车身涂装辅助工装的类型、 作用、开发数量核算、日常维护等几个方面进行了阐述，并结合某新能源汽车公司涂装辅助 工装的实际应用，介绍了车身涂装辅助工装通用化的设计和应用案例。该研究为新能源汽车 涂装辅助工装通用化开发提供了设计思路。
