基于交通冲突的十字交叉口安全水平评价

Abstract: As the key area of traffic flow, the accident rate of the intersection is relatively high, and the probability of conflict and the severity of the accident are different at different intersections, and the overall safety level of the intersection can be analyzed by using traffic conflict technology. In this paper, the video data of six intersections in Xi'an city during the morning rush hour are collected by unmanned aerial vehicle, and the deceleration is used as the evaluation index of traffic conflicts, and the intersection safety level is obtained by using the portfolio empowerment of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, and the whitening weight function is established to divide the safety level of safety level. The results show that the safety level of the intersection of Zhuhong Road and Jinhong Road is the lowest, the intersection of Fengcheng 12th Road and Fengcheng North Road is the second, and the safety level of the other intersections is safe. The comparison of the safety level of each intersection is realized, which provides a reference for the study of the safety level of different intersections.

摘要: 十字交叉口作为车流汇入的重点区域,其事故发生占比较高,不同的十字交叉口发生 冲突的概率和事故严重程度不一样,利用交通冲突技术可对交叉口整体安全水平进行分析。 文章通过无人机对西安市 6 个十字交叉口早高峰时段进行视频数据采集,以减速度作为交通 冲突评价指标,使用层次分析法和熵权法组合赋权得出交叉口安全水平,建立白化权函数对 安全水平进行安全等级划分。结果表明,朱宏路与锦宏路交叉口安全水平最低,凤城十二路 与凤城北路交叉口次低,其余交叉口安全水平为安全,实现了各交叉口的安全水平对比,为 不同交叉口安全水平研究提供参考。
