Abstract: With the continuous increase in the complexity and volume of R&D business in the automotive industry, traditional project management platforms are no longer able to meet the needs of enterprise design and development. This study proposes a vehicle development project management solution based on big data visualization to address issues such as low data processing efficiency, information silos, and decision-making lag in vehicle development project management. This solution uses Oracle database for data storage, Python for data preprocessing and analysis, Vue3 and TypeScript for building responsive front-end interfaces, and Echarts for multi-dimensional data visualization. The research results show that this scheme significantly improves data processing efficiency, increases project progress visualization by 85%, shortens decision response time by 60%, and increases cross departmental collaboration efficiency by 40%. At the same time, by establishing key performance indicators such as design cycle achievement rate and prototype first-time pass rate, refined management of the entire project lifecycle has been achieved. This study provides new ideas and methods for project management in the automotive industry and other complex engineering fields, which is of great significance for improving research and development efficiency and product quality.

摘要: 随着汽车领域研发业务复杂度及业务量的持续攀升,传统项目管理平台已难以契合企 业设计研发的需求。研究针对整车研发项目管理中的数据处理效率低、信息孤岛、决策滞后 等问题,提出了基于大数据可视化的整车研发项目管理方案。该方案采用 Oracle 数据库进行 数据存储,利用 Python 进行数据预处理和分析,通过 Vue3 和 TypeScript 构建响应式前端界 面,并运用 Echarts 实现多维度的数据可视化。研究结果表明,该方案显著提高了数据处理效 率,项目进度可视化程度提升 85%,决策响应时间缩短 60%,跨部门协作效率提高 40%。同 时,通过设立关键绩效指标如设计周期达成率、原型机首次通过率等,实现了对项目全生命 周期的精细化管理。为汽车行业及其他复杂工程领域的项目管理提供了新的思路和方法,对 提升研发效率和产品质量具有重要意义。
