Key Performance of 2 000 MPa Grade Integral Laser Welding Door Ring

2 000 MPa 级一体式激光拼焊门环关键性能

Abstract: In order to improve the side impact and lightweight effect of the vehicle, the paper briefly describes the key performance technology of integrated laser welding and thermoforming door ring, using three different thickness of 1 000, 1 500, 2 000 MPa strength thermoforming steel plate scheme. From the weld position stretching, Vickers hardness, limit sharp cold bending, low temperature impact, delayed cracking five experiments to verify. The results show that 2 000 MPa integrated thermoforming laser spell welding door ring is the best solution. This study provides experience for the subsequent design and development of integrated door ring.

摘要: 为提升整车的侧面碰撞和轻量化效果,文章简述一体式激光拼焊和热成型门环关键性 能技术,采用三种不同料厚的 1 000、1 500、2 000 MPa 强度的热成形钢板方案。从焊缝位置 拉伸、维氏硬度、极限尖冷弯、低温冲击、延迟开裂五个实验去验证。结果表明,2 000 MPa 一体式热成型激光拼焊门环为最佳方案。该研究为后续一体式门环设计开发提供了经验。
