Abstract: A conceptual design to detailed design optimization method is proposed for the front lower control arm of a mass-produced steel vehicle. Elaborate on the design methods of topology optimization key steps such as design domain preprocessing, parameter optimization, and geometric reconstruction, as well as their impact on structural performance; explored the optimization and reconstruction methods of control arm morphology based on stamping technology; elaborated on the identification of sensitive areas in modalities and frequency optimization methods. The redesigned control arm has the characteristics of light weight and excellent performance. The method described in this article provides new ideas for the optimization design of the front and lower control arms of steel vehicles.

摘要: 以某量产钢制汽车前下控制臂为优化对象,提出了一种从概念设计到详细设计的优化 设计方法。详细阐述了设计域预处理、优化参数、几何重构等拓扑优化关键步骤的设计方法 以及对结构性能的影响;结合冲压工艺探讨了控制臂形貌优化及形貌重构方法;阐述了模态 的敏感区域识别以及频率优化方法。重新设计的控制臂具有质量轻、性能优的特点,文章阐 述的方法为钢制汽车前下控制臂的优化设计提供新思路。
