Abstract: The guide wheel of the rain detection line board chain of a certain passenger car company showes abnormal wear after long-term use, resulting in unstable operation of the board chain, affecting the production efficiency of the car, and requiring replacement of the guide wheel, leading to high maintenance costs. Starting from this, the article analyzes the reasons for abnormal wear of guide wheel from the aspects of environment, materials, design, and stress. On this basis, improvements are made to the force surface of the guide wheel, material selection and structural optimization, and the device designed for the improved new guide wheel is verified. The result can be known that service life of the new guide wheel is significantly improved, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.

摘要: 某乘用车公司的淋雨检测线板链导向轮在长时间使用后出现异常磨损,导致板链运行 不稳定,影响了汽车的生产效率,并且需要更换导向轮导致维保成本高。文章以此为出发点, 从环境、材料、设计和受力等方面入手,分析了导向轮异常磨损的原因,在此基础上,通过 对导向轮受力面增大、材料重新选择和结构优化等方面进行改进,并对改进后的新型导向轮 设计装置进行验证。结果可知,新型导向轮的使用寿命显著提高,从而提升了生产效率和降 低了维保成本。
