Abstract: Electrification, interconnection, sharing and intelligence are the inevitable trends shaping the future of the automobile industry. As a crucial component of the vehicle power system, the electric motor control unit or inverter plays a significant role in ensuring safety. If the MCU malfunctions, it can lead to serious vehicle accidents. Therefore, based on the ISO 26262 standard, this paper utilizes a power hardware-in-the-loop test platform to develop various test cases and scenarios for testing and verifying the controller from a functional safety perspective. Detailed analysis and research are conducted on issues including speed sensor anomalies, motor temperature signal abnormalities, controller area network (CAN) bus failures, and inverter over/under voltage. The findings provide a robust method for verifying the functional safety of the controller.

摘要: 电气化、互联化、共享化、智能化是汽车工业未来发展的必然趋势。驱动电机控制器 作为车辆动力系统的关键组成部分,是一种重要的安全相关的电子控制单元,若其不能按预 期运行,可能导致严重的整车事故。文章依据 ISO 26262 标准,采用功率级半实物仿真系统 平台,从功能安全角度出发,开发了多种针对控制器的测试用例和测试场景,并对转速传感 器异常、电机温度信号异常、控制器局域网(CAN)总线故障及逆变器过/欠压等情况进行了 详细分析和研究。研究为驱动电机控制器的功能安全测试验证提供了有效的方法。
