Abstract: The body structure is the cornerstone of safety and has an important impact on safety performance. In the design, it is necessary to consider the balance of ergonomics and safety, but also to consider the need for cost and lightweight. As an important part of the performance, the roof crush resistance has a very high requirement on the structure and materials of the side body. Through the simulation analysis and optimization of roof crush resistance, in order to reach the China-insurance automotive safety index (C-IASI) grade G evaluation standard ,this paper summarizes the design key of the side body with panoramic roof. Combined with the development case of the vehicle, the optimization design of the resistance frame of the side body provides a reference for the design of the structure of the subsequent vehicle.

摘要: 车身结构作为安全的基石,对安全性能有着不可忽视的影响,在设计时既要考虑人机 及安全性能的平衡,也要考虑到成本及轻量化的需求。顶压作为安全性能的重要一项内容, 对侧围系统的结构及材料等有着相当高的要求。文章通过对车顶抗压强度的仿真分析及优化, 以达到中国保险汽车安全指数(C-IASI)抗压强度 G 级评价标准,从而总结全景天幕车型侧 围结构的设计关键。结合某车型开发案例,对侧围顶压框架的优化设计,为后续车型的侧围 结构设计提供参考。
