Abstract: To solve the problem that using proving ground signals directly in components and parts road simulation tests takes too much time, a spectrum acceleration editing method based on pseudo damage is proposed. In practice good acceleration effect is achieved while retaining 100% pseudo damage, and comparative analyses are conducted between the original spectrum and the accelerated spectrum from three perspectives: time-domain statistical characteristics, amplitude cumulative frequency, and power spectral density. The results show that the fatigue damage characteristics of the spectrum can be well preserved. The bench durability test shows that the failure location and failure mode of the spectrum after accelerated editing are consistent with that of the original spectrum, the number of cycles is close, and the test time is significantly shorten, which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the method.

摘要: 为解决零部件道路模拟台架试验直接使用试验场采集信号周期过长的问题,提出了一 种基于伪损伤对载荷谱进行加速编辑的方法。在保留 100%伪损伤的前提下,取得了良好的加 速效果,并分别从时域统计特征、幅值累计频次和功率谱三个维度对原始载荷与加速载荷开 展了对比分析。结果表明,载荷的疲劳损伤特性能被良好地保留,台架耐久试验发现,加速 编辑后载荷与原始载荷的失效部位与失效模式一致,循环次数接近,试验时间明显缩短,验 证了该方法的合理性与有效性。
