Abstract: This article investigates the impact of automotive product design on the manufacturing cost of automobile assembly, identifies the key factors that affect assembly cost at the design end, and analyzes and studies five major aspects through case comparison methods: integrated design, convenient installation structure design, reduction of installation points, optimization of fasteners, and optimization of adjustment structures. A set of methods for controlling assembly costs from the product design end is obtained. The research shows that product design has a decisive impact on the efficiency improvement and cost reduction of the subsequent assembly process. This study not only provides practical manufacturing cost reduction solutions for automobile manufacturers, but also provides new ideas for cost management and cost optimization of the entire industry

摘要: 文章研究了汽车产品设计对汽车装配制造成本的影响,识别了设计端影响装配成本的 关键因素,通过案例对比的方法,从集成化设计、便利安装结构设计、安装点削减、紧固件 优化、调节结构优化五大方面进行分析研究,得出一套从产品设计端对装配成本控制方法。 研究表明,产品设计对后续装配过程的效率提升和装配成本削减具有决定性影响。该研究不 仅为汽车制造企业提供了实用的制造成本削减方案,也为整个产业的成本管理和成本优化提 供了新的思路。
