Abstract: The gateway controller, as the central hub of the in-car communication network, is an important component of the safe and reliable transmission and processing of data in automobiles between different network types in vehicles controller area network (CAN), CAN with flexible datarate (CANFD) and Ethernet. The consistency testing of routing plays an indispensable verification role for gateways in protocol conversion, data routing, diagnostic routing, and other aspects. The article introduces the method of using CANoe software to directly read the Excel routing table for gateway routing consistency testing and the implementation of simulating in vehicle Ethernet link partners, ensuring the simplicity, accuracy and scalability of the testing. It plays a certain role in promoting the expansion of subsequent testing outlines and methods.

摘要: 网关控制器作为车内通信网络的中心枢纽,是车辆中不同网络类型控制器局域网 (CAN)、CAN FD、以太网(ETH)之间安全可靠的相互传输、处理数据的重要组成部分。 路由的一致性测试对网关在协议转换、数据路由、诊断路由等方面起着不可或缺的验证作用。 文章介绍使用 CANoe 软件直接读取 Excel 路由表的方法进行网关路由一致性测试和实现仿真 车载以太网链路伙伴的方法,保证了测试的简洁性、准确性和可扩展性,对后续的测试大纲 及测试方法的拓展起到一定的推动作用。
