Abstract: In the current fiercely competitive market environment of manufacturing, manufacturing quality has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises. In order to improve product quality and reduce defect rates, this paper mainly explores the practice and application of manufacturing quality independent assurance system in enterprises. By analyzing the principles and methods of building quality independent assurance system, this paper provides detailed introduction to the specific practices of enterprises in quality management systems, process control, employee training, and continuous improvement. The practical results show that implementing the manufac turing quality independent assurance system can effectively improve product quality, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and lay solid foundation for sustainable development of enterprises.

摘要： 在当前制造业竞争激烈的市场环境下，制造质量成为企业生存和发展的关键。为了提 高产品质量，降低不良率，文章主要探讨了制造质量自主保证体系在企业的实践与应用，通 过分析质量自主保证体系的构建原则和方法，详细介绍了企业在质量管理体系、过程控制、 员工培训、持续改进等方面的具体实践。实践结果表明，实施制造质量自主保证体系能够有 效提升产品质量，增强企业核心竞争力，为企业可持续发展奠定坚实基础。
