Abstract: Under the background of new engineering construction, universities should actively seek to cultivate high-quality engineering talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, so as to adapt to the pace of technological innovation and meet the growing demand for talents in enterprises. As a key part of the university education system, graduation design is very important to cultivate students' comprehensive quality and engineering practice ability. In view of the current problems existing in the teaching process of undergraduate graduation design of school-enterprise joint, this paper proposes a conceive, design, implement and operate (CDIO) oriented teaching reform for improving the quality of graduation design. Taking the graduation design of school-enterprise joint for automotive engineering majors as an example, this paper explores and practices the approach and mechanism of improving the quality of undergraduate graduation design, which provides reference and inspiration for introducing CDIO education and teaching concepts into the graduation design of school-enterprise joint for engineering majors.

摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,高校应主动探寻培养具备创新精神和实践能力的高素质工程技 术人才,以顺应技术革新的步伐并满足企业日益增长的人才需求。毕业设计作为高校教育体 系中的关键一环,对于培养学生的综合素质和工程实践能力至关重要。针对当前校企联合本 科毕业设计教学环节中存在的问题,提出以构思、设计、实现和运作(CDIO)理念为导向的 毕业设计质量提升教学改革,以车辆工程专业校企联合毕业设计为例,将质量提升的途径和 机制作为切入点,对校企联合本科毕业设计质量的提升进行探索和实践,为工科类专业校企 联合毕业设计引入 CDIO 教育教学理念提供借鉴与参考。
