Abstract: : Fuel cell is widely used in the field of new energy vehicles, and its output performance is greatly affected by operating conditions. The paper combines the results of the test rig experiment to build a fuel cell simulation model and designs a simulation experiment scheme to analyze the sensitivity of the operating conditions. The results show that the operating conditions such as inlet pressure, inlet humidity, stoichiometric ratio, and stack operating temperature all have a certain degree of influence on the performance of the fuel cell. Compared with the anode, the sensitivity of the cathode operating conditions is higher. The optimal range of operating conditions for the fuel cell is explored, providing reference for the design and performance optimization of automobile fuel cell.

摘要: 燃料电池在新能源汽车领域应用广泛,其输出性能受操作条件影响较大。文章结合台 架试验结果,构建燃料电池仿真模型,并设计仿真试验方案对其操作条件敏感性进行分析。 结果表明,进气压力、进气湿度、化学计量比和电堆工作温度等操作条件均一定程度上影响 燃料电池性能表现,相比阳极,阴极操作条件敏感性更高,且探究了燃料电池操作条件的最 佳范围值,为车用燃料电池的设计开发和性能优化提供参考。
