Abstract: Based on the problem of bump and scratch in the trial production of a sample vehicle, this paper conducts a process verification analysis on how to reduce the causes of bump and scratch in the assembly process from the aspects of field process, process equipment, supplier management, logistics transfer in the production workshop. By optimizing the production site environment, promoting standardized operations, updating the production line tooling equipment, and improving the training of operators, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of vehicle bumps and scratches, ensure product quality, reduce rework and repair costs, improve production efficiency, and provide improvement direction for the later vehicle assembly and transport process to achieve the goal of no bumps and scratches.

摘要: 基于某样车试制过程中出现的磕碰划伤问题,文章从生产车间现场工艺、工艺装备、 供应商管理、物流转运等方面对如何降低车身在装配过程中产生磕碰划伤的原因进行工艺验 证分析。通过优化生产现场环境、推进标准化作业、更新产线工装设备、提升作业人员培训 等,有效防止车辆磕碰划伤现象的发生,保证产品质量、降低返工返修成本、提升生产效率, 且为后期车辆在装配及转运过程中实现无磕碰划伤的目标提供了改善方向。
