Abstract: Faced with the fierce market competitive environment, when a bridge company actively applied the performance optimization technology of the electric drive bridge under the integrated optimization platform when the driver bridge shell design and development of a certain electric truck shell is actively applied to modeling-a combination of optimized design optimization strategies, in the design of this electric drive axle shell product, based on the same non-linear structure simulation analysis verification model, through the iteration of the two optimized technology applications in the optimization strategy. Under the premise of the intensity and rigidity of the driving axle shell, the minimum weight is the constraint, and the lightweight effect of reducing the weight of the electric drive axle shell by 15.2 kg is finally achieved, achieving the expected design goals.

摘要: 面对激烈的市场竞争环境,某车桥公司在某款电动卡车的驱动桥壳设计开发时,积极 应用了电驱动桥在集成优化平台下的性能优化技术,通过集成优化平台的试验设计-近似建模 -优化设计的组合优化策略,在该款电驱桥壳产品的设计中,基于相同的非线性结构仿真分析 验证模型,通过优化策略中的两种优化技术应用组合迭代应用,在满足电驱桥壳强度、刚性 的前提下,以重量最小为约束条件,最终实现了对电驱桥壳减重 15.2 kg 的轻量化效果,达到 了预期的设计目标。
