Abstract: With the increasing uncertainty and customisation of our manufacturing market demand in recent years, the wide variety and small batoh production approach has gradually been replaced by mode of production, so companies must be able to respond quickly to market demand, therefore, rapid production change has become an important part of the manufacturing process. Based on the analysis of HD's automated line change process, this paper optimizes, improves and standardizes the process using image analysis, Brainstorming, ECRS and other related industrial engineering ideas and methods, shorten the production change time of line body, and finally realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprise, which reflects the great potential and value of the application of industrial engineering technology in the machinery manufacturing industry.

摘要: 随着近年来我国制造业市场需求的不确定性和定制化程度提升,多品种、小批量生产 方式逐渐取代了大批量生产方式,所以企业必须能够快速响应市场需求,故快速换产已成为 制造过程中的重要环节。文章通过分析 HD 公司自动化线体换产作业过程,使用影像分析法、 头脑风暴法、ECRS 分析法等相关工业工程思想和方法对其换产过程进行优化改进并标准化, 缩短线体换产时间,最终实现企业的降本增效,体现了工业工程技术应用在机械制造业的巨 大潜力和价值。
