Abstract: Deep cleaning vehicles are a popular type of road cleaning and sanitation vehicle in the market in recent years, and the core component of deep cleaning vehicles is the rotating spray nozzle. This article analyzes the rotary spray nozzle of a deep cleaning vehicle, and compares it with the traditional linear spray nozzle of a cleaning vehicle. The rotary spray nozzle can effectively eliminate comb marks and has a better cleaning effect. However, the disadvantage is that the operating speed is relatively slow. The reason is that there is a corresponding relationship between the rotational spray nozzle speed and the vehicle speed. When the speed is lower than the critical value corresponding to the vehicle speed, a spiral line will appear on the ground, affecting the cleaning effect. At the same time, comparing the cleaning effects of active rotation and self rotation, as well as analyzing the motion of the rotating double spray bar nozzle and the rotating triple spray bar nozzle, provide better guidance for designing the rotating spray bar nozzle of deep cleaning vehicles.

摘要: 深度保洁车是近年来市场较受欢迎的一种道路保洁环卫车,其核心部件是旋转喷杆喷 嘴。文章对深度保洁车的旋转喷杆喷嘴进行分析,相比传统洗扫车的直线喷杆喷嘴,旋转喷 杆喷嘴能够有效消除梳子印,有着更好的清洗效果。不足之处是作业车速较慢,因为旋转喷 杆转速与车速存在对应关系,当转速低于车速对应的临界值地面就会出现螺旋线,影响清洗 效果。同时对比主动旋转与自旋转的清洗效果,以及对旋转双喷杆喷嘴和旋转三喷杆喷嘴的 运动分析,为设计深度保洁车旋转喷杆喷嘴提供更好的指导意见。
