Abstract: In automobile manufacturing enterprises, the R&D center laboratory plays an important role in raw material testing, production quality control, compulsory items pre-testing and after-sales quality problem analysis. With the development of the company and the increase of production, the R&D center laboratory encountered challenges in test tasks, equipment maintenance, personnel skills, consumable spare parts and integrated business management, and achieved good results through the implementation of targeted management innovation measures. This paper summarizes the management innovation practice of laboratory in personnel, equipment and consumable spare parts, in order to provide reference for similar laboratory management in automobile manufacturing industry.

摘要： 在汽车生产企业中，研发中心实验室在原材料检测、生产质量控制、强检试验预测和 售后质量问题分析等方面起着重要作用。随着公司的发展及产量提高，研发中心实验室在试 验任务、设备维护、人员技能、耗材备件和综合业务管理方面遇到了挑战，通过实施针对性 的管理创新措施并取得了良好效果。文章对实验室在人员、设备和耗材备件等方面的管理创 新实践进行了总结，以期为汽车制造行业同类实验室管理提供参考借鉴。
