Abstract: In order to provide high-quality and skilled talents for the automotive aftermarket, relevant majors in vocational colleges need to adapt to the development of the times, adapt to the characteristics of modern students, and improve teaching quality. The implementation of practical training course teaching is a key link to ensure the quality of education. The introduction of outcome based education (OBE ) concept into the teaching of vocational education training courses can better solve the problems existing in traditional practical training and teaching. This paper integrates the course of Traffic Accident Scene Investigation and Training into the teaching reform practice of OBE concept, resets the teaching objectives, optimizes the teaching content, develops new teaching methods, and explores the specific implementation of multi-dimensional teaching evaluation, so that the teaching quality has been further improved, and provides a reference path for the teaching reform of vocational education.

摘要: 为了向汽车后市场提供高质量、高技能人才,高职院校的相关专业需适应时代发展、 适应现代学生特点、提高教学质量。实训课程的教学实施是保证教育质量的关键环节,将成 果导向教育(OBE)理念引入到职业教育实训课程教学可以较好地解决传统实训教学中存在 的问题。文章通过在交通事故现场查勘实训课程融入 OBE 理念,从重设教学目标、优化教学 内容、开拓新型教学方法、探索多元多维度教学评价 4 个方面进行教学改革实践,使教学质 量得到了进一步提升,为职业教育教学改革又提供了一种可参考的路径。
