Abstract: In order to effectively improve the school's new energy automotive professional group teachers, students on the automotive engine electronic control system fault repair practice level, this article takes Volkswagen Bora as the carrier, and teachers and students jointly research and design a set of engine electronic control system teaching fault setting boxes to facilitate teachers' practical teaching and students' skill competition training. This fault setting box can flexibly set circuit breaks, short circuits, swapping, virtual connections, etc., simulating the real fault repair process. Its design process is as follows: firstly, based on the Volkswagen Bora circuit diagram, sort out the engine computer board harness; secondly, design the size of the fault setting box and the layout of the pins; then, weld the wire harness onto the computer board and check its conductivity after the wire harness welding is completed; finally, the teaching vehicle with a fault setting box is functionally validated against the original vehicle to verify the effectiveness of the designed teaching vehicle fault setting box.

摘要: 为有效提高学校新能源汽车专业群教师、学生对汽车发动机电控系统故障检修的实践 水平,文章以大众-宝来汽车为载体,师生共研设计发动机电控系统教学故障设置盒一套,以 方便教师实训教学和学生技能比赛训练。该故障设置盒可以灵活设置线路断路、短路、对调、 虚接等,模拟真实故障维修过程。设计流程如下:首先依据大众-宝来电路图,梳理发动机电 脑板线束;其次设计故障设置盒尺寸和针脚的排版方式;然后在电脑板上焊接线束并在线束 焊接结束后检测其导通性;最后将带有故障设置盒的教学用车与原车进行功能验证,验证所 设计教学用车故障设置盒的有效性。
