Abstract: This article analyzes the electrophoretic and topcoat particles generated on the surface of the car body from several aspects, including pre-treatment equipment, process parameters, personnel operation, and production process, based on the particle problem of the painted car body of our company's light passenger series models, and discusses their adverse effects. And process validation analysis is conducted on how to reduce the electrophoretic and topcoat particles on the surface of painted car bodies. Effective control of the occurrence of car body particles is achieved through optimizing the production process flow, pre-treatment tank liquid guide groove, personnel training, and clean workshop environment. Ultimately, the polishing amount of car body particles is significantly reduced, and methods for reducing the effect of car body particles are summarized, and this method has achieved good results in the actual production process, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent production of high-quality products.

摘要: 文章结合公司轻客系列车型的涂装车身颗粒问题,从涂装车间前处理设备、工艺参数、 人员作业、生产工艺情况几个方面,对车身表面产生的电泳及面漆颗粒进行分析,论述其不 良影响。并对如何降低涂装车身表面电泳及面漆颗粒进行工艺验证分析,通过优化生产工艺 流程、前处理槽液导槽、人员培训、车间环境整洁等几个方面对车身颗粒的发生进行有效管 控,最终使得整车颗粒打磨量得到大幅度降低。总结了如何降低车身颗粒效果的方法,且该 方法在实际生产过程中取得了良好效果,为后续生产出优质产品奠定的坚实基础。
