汽车出风口布置要求及刚度分析

Abstract: The automotive air outlet is an important functional component of the interior system, and its design directly affects the market recognition of the model. First of all, the paper focuses on the man-machine layout requirements of automotive air outlet in the design and development process, including the layout position of the front air outlet on the instrument panel, the up and down angle of the front air outlet, the left and right angle of the front air outlet, the layout position of the rear air outlet and the hand operation space of the air outlet; secondly, through these layout requirements, whether the design of the air outlet can meet the man-machine requirements can be checked, and the robustness of the design can be verified by various physical experiment methods; finally, the stiffness of the air outlet blade is calculated by using the commonly used finite element analysis software HyperMesh and Abaqus. The deformation of the air outlet blade under 22 N load is 0.982 mm, which meets the company's specification requirements.

摘要: 汽车出风口是内饰系统的重要功能件,其设计的优劣直接影响到该款车型能否得到市 场认可。首先,文章重点介绍了汽车出风口在设计开发过程中的人机布置要求,包括前排出 风口在仪表板上的布置位置、前排出风口上下吹风角度以及左右吹风角度、后排出风口布置 位置和出风口手部操作空间;其次,通过这些布置要求可校核出风口的设计是否可满足人机 要求,同时通过各种物理实验方法验证设计的稳健性;最后,利用常用的有限元分析软件 HyperMesh 和 Abaqus 计算出风口叶片的刚度,通过计算得出该出风口叶片在 22 N 的载荷作 用下变形量为 0.982 mm,满足公司的规范要求。
