商用车双前轴电动转向系统的设计与匹配

Abstract: In order to optimize the layout of the two-axle electric steering system and ensure the coordinated movement of axes I and II, this paper takes a multi-axle commercial vehicle as the research object, discusses a matching calculation method of electric steering gear and electric push rod, and conducts motion simulation analysis of steering system rod mechanism based on CATIA/DMU module, accurately grasp the motion law of steering ladder and transmission system, and obtains the optimal layout scheme of steering transmission system. This method can avoid the later design changes caused by unreasonable parameter design, so as to shorten the development cycle and reduce the development cost and risk.

摘要: 为优化双前轴电动转向系统布置,保证Ⅰ、Ⅱ轴协调运动,文章以某多轴商用车为研 究对象,探讨了一种电动转向器及电动推杆的配计算方法,并基于 CATIA/DMU 模块对转向 系统杆系机构进行运动仿真分析,准确把握转向梯形及传动系统的运动规律,得出转向传动 系统最优布置方案。通过该方法可避免后期因参数设计不合理导致的设计变更,从而缩短开 发周期,降低开发成本和风险。
