Abstract: This study demonstrates the reasons for the low measure efficiency of the drive motor, it has important guidance and reference value to analyze and solve the problem of motor unit efficiency not up to standard.In this paper, the causes of harmonics and their influence on the performance of the motor are analyze theoretically, and the influence of harmonics on the output torque and efficiency of the motor is demonstrate by means of simulation analysis. Based on a new energy passenger car drive motor, combine with two controllers, the negative impact of harmonics on the efficiency of the motor is demonstrated through the analysis of the deviation value of the harmonic value difference of the controller and the measured motor efficiency. Finally, the necessity of harmonic suppression to improve the efficiency of the motor is illustrated, and the relevant feasible optimization measures are provided.

摘要: 文章论证了驱动电机实测效率偏低的原因,对于分析解决电机单体效率不达标问题具 有重要指导及参考价值。从理论上分析了谐波产生的原因及对电机性能的影响分析,并通过 仿真分析的手段论证了谐波对电机输出转矩以及效率的影响。基于某款新能源乘用车驱动电 机,结合两款控制器,通过控制器谐波数值差异与实测电机效率的偏差值分析,论证了谐波 对电机效率带来的负面影响。最后说明了谐波抑制对于提升电机效率的必要性,并提供了相 关可行的优化措施。
