Finite Element Analysis of the Influence of Heat Dissipation Holes on the Strength of Automotive Battery Box

散热孔对汽车电池箱强度影响的有限元分析

Abstract: This paper investigates the impact of the diameter of heat dissipation holes in the battery pack of new energy vehicles on the structural strength of the battery pack using finite element analysis methods based on ANSYS Workbench software. Three sets of battery packs with different diameters of heat dissipation holes and one set without heat dissipation holes are set up for comparison. The study examines the positions and magnitudes of maximum stress and maximum displacement of battery packs with various hole diameters under static, emergency braking, and sharp turning conditions. Based on the research findings, it is revealed that as the diameter of the heat dissipation holes increases, the maximum stress and maximum displacement of the automotive battery pack under various operating conditions also increase correspondingly. The results of this paper will provide valuable insights for the design of heat dissipation holes in automotive battery packs.

摘要: 文章的研究目标是测试探究新能源汽车的电池箱上的散热孔半径对其结构强度的影响, 从而为后续电池箱设计提供依据,基于 ANSYS Workbench 软件使用有限元分析的方法,设置 了三组不同散热孔孔径的电池箱以及一组无散热孔的电池箱进行对照,研究了不同散热孔孔 径的电池箱在静止工况、急刹车工况和急转弯工况下的最大应力与最大位移以及其发生位置, 基于研究结果发现随着散热孔孔径增大,汽车电池箱在各工况下受到的最大应力与最大位移 也相应增加,文章结果将对汽车电池箱的散热孔设置提供参考。
