Abstract: With the development of new energy vehicles, the transmission level noise originally covered by the engine has become prominent, and the improvement work is often in conflict with the tight cycle and resources of the project. Aiming at the problem of transmission gear order noise, this paper provides a design method starting from "DNA", advocating that various indicators related to order noise should be considered from the beginning of design, improving the success rate of a design, shortening the development cycle and reducing verification resources, and providing a new design method for transmission manufacturers in the same industry.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车发展,原被发动机掩盖的变速器阶次噪音变得凸显,改善工作通常与 项目紧张的周期和资源冲突。文章针对变速器齿轮阶次噪音问题,提供了一种从“DNA”开 始的设计思路,倡导从设计最初就开始考虑阶次噪音相关的各类指标需求,提高一次设计的 成功率,缩短开发周期,减少验证资源,为同行业的变速器厂家提供一种全新的设计思路。
