Abstract: The seat waist support, namely lumbar, is mainly used in the early days to reduce the fatigue caused by sedentary, but with the development of the automobile industry for more than 100 years, the phenomenon of sitting for a long time has gradually appeared on the drivers. In order to relieve the fatigue in long-distance driving and improve their comfort and safety, the demand for adjustable seat backrest is on the rise. Based on the pressure sensors, the paper proposes and optimizes the control strategy of lumbar recall under the memory-recall mode of the auto seat, which makes the lumbar recall with high precision, without noise, in a short time and solves the engineering problem of lumbar reset due to the limitation of hardware structure.

摘要: 座椅腰部支撑,即座椅腰托,早期主要用于减轻办公室人员因久坐而产生的疲劳感, 但随着汽车行业一百多年的发展,久坐现象也逐渐出现在驾驶过程中。为了缓解驾乘人员在 长途行车中的疲劳,提高其舒适性及安全性,汽车座椅对可调节座椅腰托需求呈上升趋势。 文章在汽车座椅腰托记忆-复位模式下,基于压力传感器,提出并优化了腰托复位控制策略, 使腰托复位过程耗时短、无噪音,复位结果精度高,解决了由于硬件结构限制而出现的腰托 复位工程难题。
