Abstract: The structural form and characteristics of the fuel injection system in automobile engines directly affect the performance of the engine, and the calculation and analysis of the fuel system is an important method to improve engine performance. On the basis of analyzing the structure and mathematical models of the electronic fuel injection system components of the engine, a simulation model is established, and the structural parameters of the fuel system are optimized and matched. The research results indicate that the diameter and lift of the plunger are Φ23×24, the number and aperture of spray holes are 7×Φ0.45, it has good fuel injection characteristics, and the flow area of the solenoid valve drain port and the timely duration of power on also have a significant impact on the fuel injection characteristics of the fuel system; the optimized structural parameters have important reference value for the design of engine fuel systems.

摘要: 汽车发动机燃油喷射系统的结构形式及特性直接影响发动机的性能,对燃油系统的计 算分析是改进发动机性能的重要方法。在分析发动机电控燃油喷射系统结构和部件数学模型 的基础上,建立了其仿真模型,对燃油系统结构参数进行了优化匹配计算。研究结果表明, 柱塞直径及升程为 Φ23×24、喷孔数及孔径为 7×Φ0.45 时具有较好的喷油特性,电磁阀泄油口 流通面积、通电时刻及时长对燃油系统的喷油特性也有较大影响;优化后的结构参数对于发 动机燃油系统设计具有重要的参考价值。
