Abstract: Measurement of Copper and Other Elements in Brake Friction Materials (JC/T 2268- 2023) is officially implemented on July 1, 2024, as a test method standard, it defines the specific test process of heavy metal elements such as copper, lead, cadmium and chromium in brake friction materials, and is the basis for guiding enterprises and third-party institutions to carry out tests and issue test reports. Through the interpretation of the standard, it is conducive to the brake friction material industry enterprises, third-party organizations and other stakeholders to better understand the technical content when using the standard, and it is of great significance to promote the brake friction material industry to turn to green development.

摘要: 《制动摩擦材料中铜及其他元素的测定方法》(JC/T 2268-2023)于 2024 年 7 月 1 日正 式实施,作为测试方法标准,其明确了制动摩擦材料中铜、铅、镉、铬等重金属元素具体的 测试过程,是指导企业以及第三方机构开展测试、出具测试报告的依据。通过标准解读,有 利于制动摩擦材料行业企业、第三方机构等相关者在使用标准时能够更好地理解其技术内容, 对于推动制动摩擦材料行业转向绿色发展具有重要意义。
