Abstract: In order to actively responding to the national "belt and road" initiative, by leveraging the partners for the advancement of collaborative engineering education (PACE) and the cooperation platform of the international formula student competition, we explore new ideas for the international training of automotive talents. Through cooperation with local automobile export enterprises to deepen the integration of industry, education, and research, local undergraduate institutions discuss international education cooperation strategies suitable for their own realities in four dimensions: transnational higher education, student internationalization, globalization of educational resources, and international teacher exchanges. Especially in the area of transnational automotive professional talent training, the goal is to develop new concepts, paths, models, and methods for the training of international talents adapted to the needs of the automotive industry, to promote the training of automotive talents with an international vision required by export-oriented enterprises by local colleges and universities.

摘要： 为积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，借助教育推广合作伙伴计划（PACE）项目和中外 大学生方程式汽车大赛的合作平台，探索国际化汽车人才培养的新思路。通过与当地出口汽 车企业的合作加深产学研结合，本地本科院校在跨国高等教育、学生国际化、教育资源全球 化，以及教师国际交流四个维度探讨适合自身实际的国际化教育合作策略。特别是在跨国汽 车专业人才培养方面，旨在开发适应汽车行业需求的国际化人才培养新理念、新路径、新模 式及新方法，以促进地方高校培养汽车出口型企业所需要的具有国际视野的汽车人才。
