Abstract: In current society, the continuous progress and the sustained development of economy effectively stimulate the demand for high-quality professional talents. As the key training bases of applied talents, vocational colleges undertake the mission of providing talents with high professional accomplishment and skills for the society. In the key field of automotive engineering, the professional ability of teachers is directly related to the quality and competitiveness of the talents cultivated. In order to further strengthen the professional quality of automotive engineering professionals, this work takes the construction of automotive engineering teachers as the starting point, combines with the current undergraduate level of vocational education practice experience, puts forward a structured teacher engineering practice ability training model.

摘要: 当下社会的不断进步和经济的持续发展有效地刺激着对于高质量职业人才的需求量, 职业本科院校作为应用型人才的重点培养基地,承担着为社会输送具备高度专业素养和技能 人才的使命。在汽车工程这一关键领域中,教师队伍的专业能力直接关系到所培养出人才的 质量与竞争力。为了进一步强化我国汽车工程专业人才的专业素养,文章以汽车工程专业教 师队伍的建设为出发点,结合当前本科层次职业教育实践经验,提出结构化教师工程实践能 力培养模式。
