Abstract: The throttle position sensor is one of the core components for achieving precise control of fuel injection in gasoline vehicles, and the reluctance throttle position sensor is a new type of throttle position sensor. The signal output method of the signal plate and sensor without mechanical contact gives it significant performance advantages such as long service life, stable operation, and low failure rate. With the increasing number of assembled vehicle models, the demand for its detection and maintenance methods and case studies is also increasing. This article takes the Volkswagen Magotan B8L model as an example, first introduces the installation position and function of the reluctance throttle position sensor, then introduces the structure and working principle of the Volkswagen Magotan B8L reluctance throttle position sensor, and finally elaborates on the fault phenomenon, fault analysis, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting methods of the Magotan B8L reluctance throttle position sensor. Among them, fault diagnosis uses testing and diagnostic tools such as car decoders, oscilloscopes, and multimeters, which have certain reference significance for similar electronic control system fault diagnosis.

摘要: 节气门位置传感器是实现汽油车燃油喷射精准控制的核心部件之一,而磁阻式节气门 位置传感器为新型节气门位置传感器,信号盘与传感器无机械接触的信号输出方式,让其具 有寿命长、工作稳定、故障率低的显著性能优势,随着装配车型越来越多,对其检测维修方 法、案例需求也增多。文章以大众迈腾 B8L 车型为例,首先介绍了磁阻式节气门位置传感器 的安装位置、作用,随后介绍了大众迈腾 B8L 磁阻式节气门位置传感器的结构及工作原理, 最后阐述了迈腾 B8L 磁阻式节气门位置传感器故障现象、故障分析、故障诊断及故障排除方 法。其中故障诊断用到了汽车解码仪、示波器、万用表等测试诊断工具,对于类似的电控系 统故障诊断有一定参考意义。
