Abstract: The electrophoretic hash marking is one of the common quality defects in the production process of automotive painting. This type of defect not only affects the appearance quality of the coating but also affects the anti-corrosion performance, and has a significant impact on the on-site production rhythm of the painting workshop. Due to the different shapes and causes of electrophoretic hash marking, this article combines practical work experience to summarize four common types of electrophoretic hash marking on site: uneven dry and wet hash marking, alkaline corrosive hash marking, polluting hash marking, and phosphating corrosion hash marking types and their root causes. A summary study is conducted to eliminate such defects and form on-site control experience for effective control. This article is of great significance for subsequent on-site quality control and personnel indicators.

摘要: 电泳花纹是汽车涂装生产过程中常发的质量缺陷之一。此类缺陷既影响涂膜外观质量 且影响防腐性能,对涂装车间现场生产节拍影响很大。由于电泳花纹的形态及产生原因各不 相同,文章结合实际工作经验,总结现场常见的四种电泳花纹:干湿不均花纹、碱液腐蚀性 花纹、污染性花纹、磷化腐蚀印花纹类别及其产生的根本原因,并进行了总结性研究,最终 消除此类缺陷,并形成现场控制经验进行有效控制,研究对其他电泳应用现场质量控制及人 员指标都具有重要意义。
