Abstract: As a key component of automobile engine, the quality control of the connecting rod in the production process is an important prerequisite for engine quality assurance. This paper mainly studies the application of the quality assurance method of anti-error and anti-mixing in the processing of connecting rod production, including the implementation cases of mechanical error-proofing mechanism, electrical anti-error measures, anti-error and anti-mixing visual detection, and anti-error air tightness detection. To the greatest extent, it eliminates the processing sequence leakage and machine type mixing caused by human and machine factors, improves the quality assurance ability of connecting rod processing, and also provides anti-error and anti-mixing ideas and implementation methods for the production and manufacturing process of related parts in the automobile industry.

摘要: 连杆作为汽车发动机的关键零部件,其生产过程的品质管控是发动机质量保证的重要 前提。文章主要研究防错防混的品质保证方法在连杆加工中的应用,包含机械防呆机构、电 气防错措施、视觉检测防错防混、气密检测防错实施案例。在最大程度上杜绝人为和机械因 素导致的加工漏序及机种混装问题,提高连杆加工的品质保证能力,也为汽车行业相关零部 件的生产制造过程提供防错防混思路及实施方法。
