Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the upgrading of consumer demand, it is urgent to change the commercial vehicle industry to clean and low-carbon, and innovative technologies to meet diversified market needs. In order to do a good reserve of the process technology, this paper prestudies the development trends of commercial vehicle technology based on color, material and surface finish (CMF) design. The influence and development potential of CMF design on the design and manufacture of commercial vehicle in the future are discussed from the perspectives of market trend, new materials and molding process, advanced coating and surface decoration process. This paper discusses the importance of optimizing interior and exterior decoration design by using new materials and new processes to enhance customer driving experience in high-end market competition, and puts forward innovative ideas in material selection, manufacturing process and surface treatment, aiming at enhancing market competitiveness and brand value of commercial vehicle.

摘要: 近年来,随着生态文明建设的深入和消费需求的升级,迫切要求商用车行业向清洁低 碳化转变,革新技术满足多样化市场需求。为做好工艺技术储备,文章基于颜色、材料、表 面处理(CMF)设计对商用车工艺发展趋势进行预研。从市场趋势、新材料及成型工艺和先 进涂装、表面装饰工艺发展趋势等多个维度,深入探讨了 CMF 设计对未来商用车设计制造的 影响和发展潜力。探讨了高端市场竞争中,通过使用新材料新工艺优化内外饰设计对提升客 户驾驶体验的重要性,提出了在材料选择、制造工艺和表面处理等方面的创新思路,旨在提 升商用车的市场竞争力和品牌价值。
