Abstract: The static torque management of small batch trial production in the final assembly plant is different from that of sample car trial production, and the quality of fasteners produced in small batch will be significantly superior to that in the sample car stage. In order to standardize the static torque management in the small batch trial production stage of new models in the final assembly plant, this paper proposes to convert the static torque data accumulated during the trial assembly stage of new models by means of the mean value and standard deviation formula. The static torque standard applicable to the small batch trial production stage of the new model can be obtained, that is, the mean value of the static torque data of the sample vehicle is taken as the reference value of the static torque in the small batch trial production stage of the final assembly, and the 6 standard deviations of the mean value is taken as the tolerance. This method can quickly adjust the static torque standard of the whole vehicle to meet the demand of torque supervision for small batch trial production of new models in final assembly.

摘要: 总装厂小批量试生产的静态扭矩管理不同于样车试生产,小批量生产的紧固件质量会 明显优越于样车阶段,为规范总装厂新车型小批量试生产阶段静态扭矩的管理,文章提出以 总装新车型样车试装阶段积累的静态扭矩数据为基础,通过均值和标准差公式进行换算,可 以得出适用于总装新车型小批量试生产阶段的静态扭矩标准,即以总装样车试装车辆的静态 扭矩数据的均值作为总装小批量试生产阶段静态扭矩的基准值,以均值的 6 个标准差作为公 差。这种方法能快速调整整车静态扭矩标准以满足总装新车型小批量试生产扭矩监管的需求。
