Abstract: Simulation technology is widely used in the development of automotive chassis parts, a single simulation is transforming into a systematic simulation, the construction of a systematic simulation system is the future development direction of enterprises. This paper puts forward the simulation drive design process and implementation steps according to the drive level of automobile chassis parts enterprises, and takes the actual project as an example to develop products according to the simulation drive design process. The results show that the product developed according to the simulation driven design process can not only meet the product performance index, but also have lower cost. Simulation driven design process is the core process of forward design to realize product development, and it is the core competitiveness of a company and has a pivotal position.

摘要: 仿真技术广泛应用于汽车底盘零部件开发,单一的仿真正在向系统化的仿真转变,构 建系统化的仿真体系是企业未来的发展方向。文章根据驱动级级别的汽车底盘零部件企业提 出了仿真驱动设计流程和实施步骤,并以实际项目为例,按仿真驱动设计流程开发产品,结 果表明按仿真驱动设计流程开发的产品不仅能够满足产品性能指标,还具有更低的成本。仿 真驱动设计流程是公司正向设计实现产品开发的核心流程,是一个公司的核心竞争力,具有 举足轻重的地位。
