Abstract: The decommissioning issue of new energy vehicle power battery has attracted much attention, if not properly disposed will cause environmental pollution and waste of resources, so it is urgent to make good use of power battery again. This paper takes the issue of whether to utilize technological innovation in the power battery recycling system of new energy vehicle as the starting point, and through the construction of the evolutionary game model between battery manufacturers and recyclers, it is concluded that in the stage of power battery secondary utilization, the government departments should give subsidies to the third-party recycling enterprises for technological innovation, which will help to form a stable closed-loop recycling market for power battery.

摘要: 新能源汽车动力电池退役问题备受关注,处置不当会造成环境污染和资源浪费,因此, 做好动力电池的再次利用刻不容缓。文章以在新能源汽车动力电池回收系统中,是否利用技 术创新问题为出发点,通过构建电池生产商和回收商演化博弈模型,得出在动力电池梯次利 用阶段,政府部门应给予第三方回收企业技术创新补贴,将有助于形成稳定的动力电池闭环 回收市场。
