Abstract: During the mass production stage of vehicle model, the imported steering column component experienced faults such as lack of power steering, abnormal steering noise, and jamming. The three issues have a relatively high priority level. Lack of assistance in steering involves driving safety, and the abnormal noise and jamming during steering affect the driver's experience, all of which need to be improved. This article analyzes the causes of steering column problems and formulates improvement measures through the use of A-B-A exchange method, 5Why factor analysis, and control experiments in quality improvement methods. This case provides a reference for automotive original equipment manufacturers and automotive component suppliers, and provides a solution for similar issues.

摘要: 某车型在量产阶段,转向管柱进口件出现了打方向无助力、异响和卡滞的故障,这三 个故障的优先级别都比较高。方向无助力涉及驾驶安全,打方向异响和卡滞影响驾驶者的体 验,均需进行改善。文章通过运用质量改善方法中的 A-B-A 互换法、5Why 要因分析和对照 实验对转向管柱的问题进行原因分析及改善措施的制定,供汽车主机厂和汽车零部件供应商 参考,为类似故障提供一种解决思路。
