Abstract: Knowledge management, as a key link in creating value for enterprises, is of great significance in improving business efficiency. Especially in the process of vehicle development, the accumulation of unstructured data is particularly abundant, how to effectively manage and utilize this data has become the focus of attention for enterprises. Therefore, from the perspective of promoting business digitization and data commercialization, it is proposed to build an unstructured knowledge management system specifically for the field of vehicle expertise. This system is based on a maturity model of unstructured data management capabilities, which carefully defines preliminary requirements and overall planning, divides knowledge classification based on professional sub domains. At the same time, advanced technologies such as the Share Point platform, Elastic Search engine, Office Online functional components are utilized to ensure that the knowledge management system not only has efficient business relevance, but also has functional ease of use and user-friendly interface. The establishment of this system will comprehensively improve the efficiency of business operations and create greater value for the enterprise.

摘要: 知识管理作为企业创造价值的关键环节,对于提升业务效能具有重要意义。特别是在 整车开发过程中,非结构数据的积累尤为丰富,如何有效管理和利用这些数据成为企业关注 的焦点。因此,从推进业务数字化和数据业务化的角度出发,提出搭建一个针对整车专业领 域的非结构化知识管理系统。这一系统基于非结构化数据管理能力的成熟度模型,通过进行 前期需求定义和整体规划,以专业细分领域为依据划分知识分类。同时,运用先进的 Share Point 平台、Elastic Search 检索引擎以及 Office Online 功能组件等技术手段,确保知识管理系 统不仅具备高效的业务关联性,还具备功能易用性和界面友好性。通过这一系统的建立,将 全面提升业务运作效能,为企业创造更大的价值。
